Nuts electromagnetic conveyorised drying-sterilization-disinfection system, as the very name suggests employs electromagnetic technology to dry out, sterilize and disinfect nuts. This system is comparatively compact and offers quick processes. The necessary room to place this equipment is minimal. It uses both, microwave and infrared technologies to complete the process. When the nuts are passed through microwave field, all moisture in the nuts are evaporated. The dried nuts are then passed to microwave sterilization, where nutrients, color, taste and aroma of nuts are preserved to increase their shelf life. The next stage is the final stage which uses IR heating for inactivating yeast, bacteria, etc., in nuts.
