Twin Engineers is pleased to announce the new development of Infrared - Microwave Paddy Processing Technology in India. It includes Microwave Starch Gelatinization (Parboiling) and Drying of Paddy. The electromagnetic processing of paddy reducing drying time, and the parboiling process reduces water consumption. This quick, economical, efficient, uniform and consistent technology ensures quick soaking (33-45 % MC ), starch gelatinization (> 90%), drying (up to 12 % MC ), and higher head rice yield (> 70 %). The resultant product of this paddy microwave processing system is odor free cooked rice. The process of this system is operator friendly and non effluent.
